Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 4, 2026

Tronify Wallet ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the Tronify Wallet app and website collect and how it is used.

1. Non-custodial wallet

Tronify Wallet is non-custodial. Your private keys and recovery phrase are generated and stored encrypted only on your device. We never have access to them and cannot recover them for you.

2. Information we do not collect

  • We do not require an account, name, email or phone number.
  • We do not collect your private keys, recovery phrase or PIN.
  • We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers.

3. Information processed

  • Public wallet addresses and transactions are sent to TRON network nodes to show balances and broadcast transfers. Blockchain data is public by nature.
  • Anonymous crash reports and basic diagnostics may be collected to improve stability.
  • If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send.

4. Device permissions

  • Camera — only to scan QR codes.
  • Biometrics — handled by your device's operating system; we never receive biometric data.
  • Notifications — optional, for transaction alerts.

5. Third-party services

The app may use third-party services such as TRON node providers and price data APIs. These services receive only what is necessary (for example a public address) and are governed by their own policies.

6. Data security

Sensitive data is encrypted on your device using industry-standard methods. You are responsible for keeping your recovery phrase safe.

7. Children

Tronify Wallet is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Data deletion

Since your wallet data is stored on your device, uninstalling the app removes it. To delete any support correspondence, email us.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
