I lost my recovery phrase. Can you restore my wallet?
No. Tronify Wallet is non-custodial, so only you hold your keys. If the app is still installed and unlocked, back up your phrase from Settings right away.
Why did my transfer need TRX for fees?
TRON uses energy and bandwidth. Sending TRC20 tokens like USDT may burn some TRX if you don't have enough energy.
My transaction is pending.
TRON usually confirms in seconds. Check the transaction ID on Tronscan. If it failed, funds remain in your wallet minus any fee.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstall the app to remove all wallet data from your device. Make sure your recovery phrase is backed up first.
Will support ever ask for my recovery phrase?
Never. Anyone asking for it is a scammer.
